veg lollipop recipe | vegetable lollipop | veg lollipop sticks with step by step photo and video recipe. when it comes to appetisers and starters, there are myriad options of meat-eaters. this is mainly due to the range of options they get to pick from both vegetables and different types of meat. considering these, there are certain mock meat or vegetable-based alternative recipes and the veg lollipop recipe is one such easy and simple recipe known for its crunchiness and savoury taste.

well if you technically compare it with its meat or chicken alternative, this recipe is much simpler and easy to prepare. in other words, it is basically a veg cutlet recipe shaped like a lollipop. so if you have been preparing the veg cutlet recipe there is no rocket science in this recipe. you need to shape it like a ball with a toothpick pierced into it. perhaps these lollipops are a bit spicy in taste as compared to the plain veg cutlet, so you may have to add extra chillies and chilli flakes to it. also, the other thing for lollipops is the crispiness and the crunchiness. i always recommend using breadcrumbs which gives that extra crispiness. but in veg cutlet, we tend to use rava, oats and even rusk powder which may not work for the lollipop recipe.

furthermore, some more additional tips, suggestions and variants to the crispy veg lollipop recipe. firstly, i have used the combination of vegetables in this recipe to prepare the lollipop. basically using vegetables in this recipe is open-ended and you may use them as per your choice and preference. secondly, the vegetable mixture has to be less moisture in content so that it can easily form shaped. in other words, it has to be less sticky and easily separated from your hand. lastly, while deep frying these make sure to deep fry in low to medium flame. this not only helps to cook it evenly but also gets a golden brown colour to the snack.

finally, i would like to add some additional recipes from my snacks recipes collection with this post on veg lollipop recipe. it mainly includes my other related recipes like aloo mixture, lachha namak para, kaju chakli, popcorn in kadai – 3 ways, aloo puff, suji ki khandvi, potato toffee samosa, ulta vada pav, aate ka nasta, aloo laccha pakora. further to these i would also like to add some more additional recipe categories like,
