So French toast is not actually French, but you can pretend you are in Paris while making the actual French equivalent: pain perdu, literally "lost bread"because you use stale bread to make it. French toast in Spanish is "torrija" and it's typical during Easter so I'll be making this recipe in the next few weeks. Voilà!
